Section 1

Eligibility & Age Requirement

1.1 Minimum Age

455bet is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 years may register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or claim a bonus on 455bet under any circumstances. By creating a 455bet account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 455bet reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal, during routine account review, or following any suspicious account activity.

Where age verification is requested, acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified in the request will result in account suspension pending resolution. If it is established that a player is under 18, the account will be closed permanently, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned after administrative review.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

455bet is operated for and targeted at players based in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the 455bet platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. 455bet makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate for use outside Bangladesh. If you access 455bet from outside Bangladesh, you do so at your own risk and your own legal responsibility.

1.3 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 455bet. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a false identity, or in combination with another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error (for example, by a family member sharing the same device), you must contact support immediately to resolve the situation.

1.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold or use a 455bet account:

• Persons under 18 years of age.
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from 455bet and whose self-exclusion period has not yet expired.
• Current employees, contractors, agents, or directors of 455bet or any of its affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members sharing the same household.
• Persons acting on behalf of a third party, whether for betting or financial purposes.
• Persons using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games on their behalf.

Section 2

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To access real-money betting and gaming services on 455bet, you must complete the registration process in full. During registration you will be required to provide: your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a contact phone number, and a preferred payment method. All information provided at registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 455bet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your legal responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 455bet immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

455bet will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 455bet and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

455bet may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal, when you reach specified deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or following a routine account security review. Verification documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name).

Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 455bet aims to process KYC submissions within two business days. Incomplete or unclear documents may cause delays; submitting clear, legible copies will expedite the process.

2.4 Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact email, phone number, or registered payment method changes, you must update your account details promptly. 455bet accepts no liability for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or missed verification requests resulting from outdated account information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

455bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 455bet does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are beyond 455bet's control.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit across all supported payment methods is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your 455bet account dashboard. 455bet reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with changes taking effect from the date of publication in the cashier section.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your 455bet balance within one to two minutes of the mobile transfer being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to one business day to be credited, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. If a deposit has not appeared in your 455bet account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing

455bet aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within four hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 455bet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or account activity appears unusual.

3.5 Prohibited Funding Sources

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that are sourced from legitimate personal finances. You must not use funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source to fund your 455bet account. 455bet cooperates with relevant financial authorities and applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring to all account activity. Deposits that trigger AML concerns may be held pending investigation, and implicated accounts will be suspended.

3.6 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit to 455bet without first contacting support to resolve the dispute constitutes a breach of these Terms. If you initiate an unjustified chargeback, 455bet reserves the right to close your account, forfeit any associated winnings, and recover the disputed amount by all available means. Section 4

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

455bet offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion carries its own specific terms — including eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, time limits, and maximum bonus withdrawal amounts — which are stated in full on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. These specific promotion terms supplement and, where they conflict, take precedence over the general bonus terms in this section.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to your 455bet account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount (or the deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per promotion) a stated number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must generate ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. 4.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%); certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment entirely. The exact contribution rates for a given promotion are stated on that promotion's terms page. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering completion regardless of the outcome.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

455bet reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where it determines that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk mathematical staking patterns specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine engagement; colluding with other players; or exploiting platform errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

4.5 Promotional Availability

455bet promotions are subject to change, withdrawal, or amendment at any time. 455bet reserves the right to cancel or modify a promotion at any point if it determines that fraud, technical error, or abuse has affected the promotion's integrity. Players who have already claimed a bonus in good faith and begun meeting wagering requirements will be treated equitably in the event of a promotion modification. Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events — including BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — are available for the stated promotional period only and cannot be claimed retroactively.

Section 5

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets placed on 455bet are subject to acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. 455bet reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets where odds have been published in error or where the platform has identified unusual betting patterns that suggest integrity concerns. Declined bets result in the full stake being returned to your account balance.

5.2 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting on cricket matches — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — and other supported sports is subject to suspension of markets at any time during the event. 455bet may suspend, restrict, or close live markets during critical match moments (wickets, power plays, reviews, rain delays) at its discretion. Bets already accepted and confirmed prior to a market suspension remain valid and will be settled according to the final result unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.

5.3 Void Bets and Settlement

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time; the market was published in error with incorrect odds; the event outcome cannot be officially verified; or the bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already concluded. 455bet's settlement decisions are final once confirmed. Queries about settlement outcomes should be raised with the support team within 72 hours of the event's conclusion.

5.4 Casino and Live Casino Rules

All casino games available on 455bet — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified providers, and live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — are governed by the rules published within each individual game. 455bet is not responsible for errors caused by malfunctions in game software provided by third-party studios. In the event of a casino game malfunction during a session, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates reflect the theoretical long-run average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

455bet applies a maximum payout cap per single bet event and per 24-hour period. Current maximum win limits are displayed in the cashier and betting interface. Where a single bet or combination of bets on a single event exceeds the stated maximum payout, the maximum payout amount will be paid and any excess voided. 455bet will not enter into arrangements to circumvent maximum payout limits through multiple simultaneous accounts or bet-splitting strategies.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 455bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, a permanent ban, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

6.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation

Players must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of their interaction with 455bet — including during registration, identity verification, payment processing, or support communication. Impersonating another person, using another person's identity or payment method, or submitting forged or altered documents constitutes fraud and will be treated accordingly.

6.2 Collusion and Match Fixing

Any attempt to collude with other players, coordinate betting strategies across multiple accounts to manipulate market outcomes, or place bets based on knowledge of corrupted sporting events (match fixing) is prohibited. 455bet cooperates with sporting integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies and will refer credible evidence of match fixing or collusion to appropriate authorities without notice.

6.3 Automated Betting and Technical Exploitation

The use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen scrapers, odds farming software, or any other automated means of interacting with the 455bet platform is prohibited. Exploiting software errors, platform bugs, or pricing anomalies in a systematic manner for guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit also constitutes prohibited conduct. Any winnings generated through such activity are subject to forfeiture.

6.4 Money Laundering

455bet must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering, proceeds of crime, or any other financial crime. All accounts are subject to AML monitoring. Deposits and withdrawals that trigger suspicious activity indicators will be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities as required under applicable law. Accounts implicated in money laundering activity will be permanently closed and all funds held pending legal process.

6.5 Harassment and Abusive Behaviour

Players must treat 455bet support staff and other players with respect at all times. Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour directed at any 455bet employee or contractor — via live chat, email, social media, or any other channel — will result in immediate account suspension and may be escalated to law enforcement.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your 455bet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Accounts under active investigation for fraud, AML concerns, or terms violations may not be eligible for immediate closure until the investigation is resolved.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gambling, 455bet offers self-exclusion periods of six months, one year, three years, or permanent. Self-exclusion can be initiated directly from the Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, you will be unable to log in or deposit, and 455bet will make reasonable efforts to exclude you from marketing communications. 7.3 Account Suspension by 455bet

455bet reserves the right to suspend an account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account is being used for prohibited conduct; the account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory enquiry; or the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to other players. Suspended accounts will be notified via the registered email address. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact support within 30 days.

7.4 Account Closure by 455bet

455bet reserves the right to permanently close an account, forfeit all balances, and impose a permanent platform ban in cases of serious or repeated Terms violations, fraud, confirmed identity misrepresentation, match fixing involvement, or persistent abusive behaviour. Permanent closure decisions are final. In all other cases of account closure, any legitimate remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

455bet provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure outages, and force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, and telecommunications failures in Bangladesh) may cause temporary unavailability. 455bet accepts no liability for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, connection interruptions, or delayed access during maintenance windows.

8.2 Financial Losses from Gambling

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss. 455bet accepts no liability for any gambling losses you incur while using the platform, provided those losses resulted from fair game outcomes in certified games or from correct settlement of sports betting markets. 455bet does not guarantee that you will profit from using its services. You are responsible for managing your own bankroll within your personal means.

8.3 Third-Party Game Content

Casino game content on 455bet is supplied by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 455bet does not warrant the uninterrupted operation of third-party game software and accepts no liability for game malfunctions, disconnections, or errors attributable to the game provider's systems. In the event of a confirmed game malfunction, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned.

8.4 Indirect and Consequential Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 455bet's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms and the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 455bet account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 455bet be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from the use or inability to use the 455bet platform.

8.5 Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 455bet in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms are written in English and the English version governs in the event of any dispute about interpretation.
